Imigration reform

“Immigrants help the economy grow,” that is what our current president, Obama said. Well if they help so much then why force illegals back to their countries? Why just want to bring the people who are professionals? Immigrants are hardworking people; I’m speaking of mostly all of the people who are not born in the United States. If I was to speak with Obama himself I would ask him “if you were to send the only parent a child has what would you do with the child?

If the government were to take the only parent a child has back to their country then that family would be broken. The child would probably be sent to a foster home and might never see his or her parent again. Then when the child starts to grow up it won’t learn from the real parents mistakes.

I once had a friend who was born in Guatemala like my mom and was brought here by his mother for a better future. There was so much he did not have back in Guatemala that he had her, like a better education, a warm home and nice clothes. Also, many immigrants from many countries decide to leave their homes because of the cruelties that they face.

There are too many immigrants to send back to their countries. There are over 40 million foreigners living in the United States. These people come from hundreds of countries and from thousands of miles away. It is very unfair for these people to be sent back to their countries if they risked their lives coming here in the first place.

It is very unfair to send all of these people back to their countries and it would be a very good thing to pass the immigration reform because families will stay together, many dreams will be accomplished, and there are too many immigrants to send back to their countries.
