Summary:

Abigail Carter is starting her first day at a new school. As she first arrives, Abigail senses something eerie about the school, although she can't quite put her finger on it. At least not until she meets Ms. Langerlak, one of the school's secretaries, who warns Abigail to stay away from the band closet. With this warning in the back of her mind, Abigail goes through her first day, befriending a few of the other new students on the way. Everything goes normally until 8th period when the Home Ec teacher, Mr. Kennedy, passes along a request from the principal, Dr. Vanderbuilt, to take the new students on a tour of the school. Accepting the invitation, Abigail and the other students are told to meet Dr. Vanderbuilt at the dreaded band closet. Soon enough, Abigail learns that this school is not as it seems...
