Summary:
Kass Everett is the billionaire 15 year old you know down the street. She lives in her huge skyscraper, family home in the middle of the city. Soon she comes to realize that something is off about the place. That's not her biggest concern: it's the sharp, agonizing, sudden pains that she's getting in her back that bothers her constantly.
Her city is run by criminals and their grip on civilians' fears. Crime plauges the streets. It becomes Kass's destiny to do something about it.
