As a group of friends march down the city streets laughing, colourful bright lights flash like colourful butter fly wings and short women in hot red high heels strut past, in time with the drumming of the instruments. Bright yellow taxis are zooming swiftly around corners tooting at anyone who gets in their way, its ciaos and everybody is busy having to go places. A dark chubby man in a business suite power walks past, a coffee in one hand and a brief case in the other, he’s on a mission. A crazy crowd of colourful drag queens exit a night club, barely walking straight in their plat forms. A group of police then come speeding around the corner. Their sirens are going blue and red lights flashing as fast as strobe lights. The day is coming to an end and the sun is setting behind the statue of liberty. It’s New York.
