This is the only place where solitude is ear-shattering. Each sound is amplified: heart beating, feet pounding, breath moving in and out. I am alone with my thoughts, which are focused, coursing with the natural rhythm of my body. Running is not a sport; it is a lifestyle. It is an underrated sport in which athletes defeat physical and mental limitations to accomplish the unimaginable. Interest grows into a daily ritual which enhances commitment and focus in music. Each run brings you back to why you am here: to experience again the feeling of truly being alive.
