   Life in the SpotlightThe crowd is cheering along the sidelines.Green grass is neatly cut andsmells like a bouquet of ro ses.I fly past those white linesthat surround me.I'm running with the ballup the field after a miraculous catch,and people are chasing melike dogs on the prowl for meat.Parents are yelling GO,GO,GO,GO, andthen the referee puts up his handsand shouts"TOUCHDOWN!"My game-winning touchdown broughta ceremony on the field for my team,because we are thestate little league champions.I felt as if I won the Super Bowl.by Robert Wright, Wilmington, DE
