My Adventure at Michigan Adventure
When we entered, we were walking around looking for the first ride we were going on. It just got so hot that my older brother, Lucas, said we should go swimming. After we got changed and put our stuff in our lockers, is when we went on this slide that just shoots you down a long tube. And when I got to the top, I looked down it was very high and made me very nervous. And I wanted down, but I went on the slide. And I felt like I was going to die, and I just closed my eyes and all I could hear was someone screaming in the distance. I tasted water and when I came tAs I entered Michigan Adventures, I saw roller coasters and heard screaming. After a few more minutes of entering Michigan Adventures, all I could hear were more screams of terror.
As the ride came to a complete stop, I just opened my eyes and thought to myself that, “I’m never going on that slide again”. And so I mentally wrote a note that I am never going to go in that slide again.
Then we walked around some more looking for some fun looking places to go. And we found one. But it was really high. And I made myself go on the ride, even though I did not want too. And when we reached the top, I keeped saying to myself, (that everything is going to be alright no need to worry), and then I went down the slide, and thought it wasn’t that bad, but what I didn’t know was that those rides were nothing compared to the other rides. So, as we went to this massive water slide I chickened out. Didn’t even go near it. Plus, my brothers were treating me badly after I chickened out, so I went to find my mom.
I got lost and so I went back to my brothers. They didn’t notice me at first but when they did, my older brother, Lucas said ”Look who came back you, scared?” I didn’t answer him, I just pretended they were not there for a long time, and when my parents came back, I didn’t say a thing.
While my parents were still waking around, me and my brothers went on all of the rides, but the ones that were too scary for me, I didn’t go on. But the last ride they got me to go on, my brothers played a trick on me. They told me they were going to buy me some food. So I listened to them, and when we got to the ride my brother lucas said,”everything's going to be alright”. But, as soon as we made it to the top, I realized he lied. And in my mind I just yelled in terror.
It was time for all of us to go home. As we walked out of michigan adventures, I could still hear the screams of terror. And that is the last time I would want to go back there. It was the worst thing for me, and I learn that I hate heights and get scared easy.
