Life's a dance you learn as you go

There was this one time we were far away from home. Every summer we go on a family vacation to Adventureland in Des Moines, Iowa. We have been going since I can remember when I was five years old. It was fun when I was like seven and eight but not anymore. Well not as fun as it was way back when but it is still fun because it is a good way to pick up girls pretty easily and that is also good because you never talk to them again. It is also a good bonding time with family and friends.

Now to the moral of the story. The first day went pretty crappy. It stormed, lightning, and rained really bad, (we got like 3 inches). We didn’t really get that much riding in at the park. The fun part that day came when we got back to the hotel. Swimming is always fun because there are always good looking girls there in their bikinis. I don’t exactly have the perfect beach body for a guy but I still do pretty good with the ladies. That day was also pretty good because we got to order Godfather’s Pizza and they delivered, so we didn’t even have to go out in the stormy weather and get the pizza, so that was a plus! We also got to swim until midnight that night because they felt bad that nobody really got to do anything at the park because it was storming so bad.

The next day was the worst day of my life. It was sunny out and about 80 degrees but it was still the worst day ever. At about noon we all stopped to eat at a place called Soda and Sounds. They have the most amazing French fries ever! But anyways back to the bad day. I got lost! Yes, lost, and for like half a day I belonged to a different family. They were really nice people and took care of me until we came across my family. It was the scariest moment of my life and also the worst day of my life.
