a day in the meadow
She sat with her back to the firm fir tree. A sea of vibrant and picturesque flowers sprung all around her. This particular day was an all blue sky day with rays of sunshine bursting through the closely-knit branches of the fir trees. Warm and playful, the breeze rustled through the colorful petals, making the blossoms murmur with joy. She smiled serenely as she plucked a white daisy from a cluster of red geraniums. Her jade eyes examined the crisp, white petals of the daisy. This immaculate flora added to the simplicity and beauty of nature. A small satisfied sigh escaped her luscious lips while she looked on to the sunny, breezy meadow of random flowers. Like the daisy on warm sunny days, she stretched open her arms and turned to face the sun. Not a single tedious thought entered her mind. What a peaceful day this was.
