Middle school adventure
Middle school is hard not only because of work and getting good grades but because of relationships with friends and teachers. Middle school is like a roller coaster of emotions;when you least expect it, something happens. In middle school there is a lot of drama and fights. Everyone is always trying to stir up something. I think middle school is just a lot of drama with friends and a lot of mixed emotions with not just other people but also about yourself. Being a teenager isn’t easy.
Not only do we get in trouble a lot but most of the time, we don’t know why we do things. We’re confused on how we feel about everything. We only want to be with our friends and do fun things. We don’t like having to go home and do chores or help out. All we want to do is do fun, stupid things. As teenagers we’re all rebellious and we sometimes enjoy getting into trouble.
Middle school is hard and tiring in so many ways. We have homework and we have to deal with teachers who aren’t fun or classes that are boring. But all those things will help us later on in life. Middle school is not how people say it is. People say it’s fun and you make so many friends and stuff. It has its ups and downs and it’s okay not to like it.
I think it depends on each person, but for me it’s okay. For me middle school is hard because I’m not great in math so I struggle, but in other classes it’s easy for me. I’m not bad at math. I just get nervous when it comes to tests and I doubt myself. It’s hard when your parents expect you to have all A’s and not a single D or F. I like that my parents push me to try my best but it’s when I’m trying so hard and I still can’t have the grades they want me to.
I know middle school is a struggle for a lot of people but for others it’s easy and that’s okay. Not all of us learn the same way others do, some of us take longer to understand that subject and that’s fine. All I want to do is not disappoint my parents because I know that I’ve put my best effort into it. It’s normal to feel stuck or confused in middle school because we’re still learning as teenagers. It’s important that we ask for help even if we’re scared too.
Middle school is hard to describe for me and I’m not really sure how I feel about it. All I know is that high school will be hard too if not even harder, which is why I want to put all my effort I can in now. I don’t expect myself to have perfect grades but I want to try and put in lots of effort. We’re just starting middle school and we still have a long way to go.
