Running for Joy
I can relate to Clara H. when she wrote about running in her article because whenever I go through tough times in my life running has always helped me through that. I agree to when she said,"I am sprinting, running as if I'm floating across the sea, I feel the joy of being alive" (Clara) Running is not just a sport, running gets your body active and releases stress and makes you feel alive.I want to end this off by saying thank you, Clara, and Alington for writing, and describing running because people do not get running unless they live it.
