The Feeling in the Pit Of Your Stomach
Your day is simple in most ways. You wake up, possibly eat breakfast, go to school, eat lunch, return home, eat dinner, sleep. And thats without the added activities. But what about in Africa? What about the Dominican Republic? What about the people who have to go to soup kitchens or worry about their next meal? Most of us may say that feeling in your pit of our stomachs is nervousness and maybe it is. For us but, for millions around the world its hunger. For millions they dont know when their next meal will be. That whole tray of food you just threw away? That could have been given to a child who really needed it. Every piece of food we throw away could have been another childs lifeline. We say were all about the children but are we really?
