I would like to give some praise to Siegrid T. for her beautifully written poem "Gifted". Her poem speaks out to me because I know the exact feeling. As a high school student I tend to get envious of the people who can speak their feelings so easily. Since i'm mostly an introvert, I find it hard to talk to new people and say my feelings to the people i'm familiar with. My feelings are always "trapped in my head searching for realease in ink". Eventually I found a way to express my feelings through drawing. Although I sometimes get shy when presenting my art to the people I love and care about, I feel relieved when i get praise and understanding. Soon you'll find a way to speak your mind too, but it seems like you already found one, by writing poems. I would like to thank Siegrid for making me feel like i'm not the only one who sometimes feels trapped in this world.
