Seventeen Years Old
Reading the article “Seventeen Years Old” was extremely moving as it states the challenges any girl faces when trying to be accepted in society. Some girls do not see societies expectations as wrong rather as right in order to not be outcasted by certain groups. Sara B. expresses her thoughts and actions about certain events she went through as she was growing up, those thoughts revolve around similar thoughts one as a girl or women has. I agree with Sara B. by stating that societies meaning of right is wrong on many levels as it is just to bring society joy rather than trying to let someone discover their own self. Thank you Sara B. for expressing your own thoughts about what society sees as right.
