Teen Ink Feedback Letter: A True High School Story
I can relate to Ethan G. when he wrote about the realities of the emotions high school students experience. As a fellow Advanced Placement student, musician, and participant in many clubs, I wholeheartedly agree that “high school contains both punches and precious, happy moments.” Similar to Ethan, anxiety is something I struggle with, yet I am absolutely grateful to be busy and involved in activities I love while surrounded by friends. Ethan’s memoir is compelling due to his accurate description of high school as a time of conflicting emotion that is supported by his personal examples. Thank you, Ethan, for providing a high school story that is true and truly relatable.
