I feel a connection to what Caitlin O'Connor expresses in her article, "For When Rock Bottom Hits Back". Throughout her stanzeas, O'Connor expresses many of the actions often partaken during symptoms of anger, stress, and melancholy. I agree that sometimes we can get ahead of ourselves and react violently in situations like "aiming your flesh at the brick" or "hitting your head against a wall".I agree that amid from all the chaos and animosity we may inflict on ourselves during a moment of heavy momoentum, tomorrow is a new day to start a life over.

what inspired me to write this piece was seeing others go through a phase of an emotional breakdown. Many of my friends and family members have gotten depressed at a major time in my life and I had it in me to do my best to help them out.
