I’ve noticed the most Letters to the Editor on Teen Ink are more often than not reviews of other Teen Ink members work or opinion pieces, but all of these are being published in the magazine as “Letters to the Editor.” If someone wants to respond to a Teen Ink member’s work, they should put that response in the comments section. If someone wants to write an opinion article or a review, they should publish it as an opinion article instead of as a letter to the editor.
I believe that letters to the editors should be Teen Ink members writing about their various grievances or appreciations about the Teen Ink website or other Teen Ink policies.
