Drag Queen Dreams
Beyond the eye-catching title, I found Jiselle Matamoro’s article “Drag Queen Dreams” an extremely moving piece that opened my heart to the differences in the others. Jiselle paints the picture of drag queen as being “… strong, secure, sexy, and stylish.” In which, helped me draw the realization of how I could be confident and curious within myself. Drag queens are indeed spectacular inspirations to women everywhere, whether they are confident, or self-conscience. Drag queens are the perfect example of comfortable living. I give a special round to applause to Jiselle for altering my perception of others- as well as myself. Thank you Jiselle.
