Hamocide MAG
Obesity is an issue that plagues America. “Hamocide” by Steve E. presents the dilemma that Americans face when it comes to quitting their fattening lifestyles. I absolutely agree with Steve’s conclusion that Americans should return to Paleolithic ways in which the fattening dressings, seasonings, and toppings would be reduced to little or none. Many basic foods like meats, fruits, and vegetables have natural flavors that are satisfying enough without the extra ingredients. If we cut back on the excess junk that we add to meals and snacks, I believe that obesity in America would greatly decrease.
