The Note That Holds a Thousand Feelings
The writing titled “The Note That Holds a Thousand Feelings, written by Cecile, talks about a dad hurting his daughter. Her writing left me feeling sad. This article left me feeling sad because this girl’s dad had gone to jail because of his addiction to drugs. This girl finally got her dad back after he went to jail once. When she said, “you broke my heart before any boy could,” left me feeling that many parents these days hurt their kids without realizing it. Another part the author said that I see a lot is when she said, “your addiction to drugs will always mean more to you than your kids ever will.” Today in this generation you see many parents addicted to drugs and going to jail or getting their kids taken away from them.
