Black Is Beauty
A big round of applause for Shenell L. for her article. The article describes the life of modern African-American people scrutinized by the public. Most of the time, people make these kinds of comments passively and without ay care. Shenell addresses the problems that have existed in the past 100 years, and such comments made to African-Americans could degrade the them until it eventually becomes the norm. Her quote, "don't give me a backhanded compliment" perfectly resembles the intense feeling of frustation and irritation of the streotypical thoughts of others. The color "black" seems truly defined to be evil in the modern world. Thank you Shenell, for informing others of their mistaken bullying.
