You Are Loved
If you are thinking of harming yourself, don’t. If you are harming yourself then stop. The only way to make the pain go away is to fix it yourself by trying to push forward. Try a painless distraction. Reading, writing, drawing, building, etc. Please don’t resort to self harm. You may hear this all the time and are tired of it but people do care about you. Even if you don’t know it yet. Even if you are not religious, I still know that god does love you. There is something waiting for you in your future, but it’s not just going to be handed to you. You need to work for, and earn it. It’s a long path I am sure, but there will be people to help you along the way. YOU ARE LOVED. Good luck to you.

This “piece” was inspired by a friend of mine who harms herself. I want to help her as much as I possibly can. Hang in there whoever you are, and just remember you are LOVED.
