Bullying - It ruins lives. Bullying it a lot of things - It ranges from rumours to jokes, text messaging to emails, homophobic comments to actual physical violence.

You - You can change a life. Don’t be a bully. Don’t be a bystander. Don’t be the person who stands and watches, who lets it happen. Talk to the victim. Help the victim.

Tell someone that it’s happening. Tell one person. If they don’t do anything, tell someone else. Tell as many people as possible, until someone does something.

Take a stand against bullying. If you’re a bystander, then your part of it.

Don’t be a bully.
