Social media has rapidly had a major influence throughout the years. It has become a vital part of our daily activities.  Many people argue that Social Networking is very beneficial because it promotes increased communication and connection between others. Furthermore, it is useful for business purposes, communication, and even information in our society. On the other hand, others may feel it can be harmful to others , such as contributing to unreliable information, cyberbullying, health effects and so much more.

Nowadays, Social Networks have become a valuable communication tool. It is one of the best ways to connect relationships and build a bond with many childhood friends, family, strangers, and just many others around the world who may share the same interests . You can get insight into different tradition, cultures, and have the ability to learn different things that's going on in the world. In addition, ,social media posts helps people level of thinking , gives the idea of people becoming more open-minded, knowledge is being spreaded, and due to these factors it just creates a positive impact on our human behavior.  Social media is also a great platform to seek information and news. Because of social media it has the ability to effectively reach many people so much more efficiently and faster than any other source.

Despite the positive impacts , Social media also has negatives. It has taken the world by storm with sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. Believe it or not, some spend all their time on social media.  Consequently, it is very bad for their health. It leads them to become very inactive in their daily activities, less productive throughout their days , and they waste so much time that they can’t get back. Another reason is that it puts many employment prospects in danger, because many businesses looks at what employees and potential employees are doing.  Posting inappropriate things can compromise opportunities or positions.  When you have people depending on you to provide for them you can’t get caught in a situation like this. Post things that’s appropriate. Lastly,False information can be spread. Journalist and people post information everyday which could be so unreliable and false.

Social media has it pros and cons , but don't let social media control you. You have to be able to balance your social media life and real life. You don't want to get caught up into social media and forget there is more to life than just being on social networking sites all day.  In conclusion , Be very cautious of how you use social networking because it can either make or break you .
