the first time I was killed
The first time I was killed it was dusk and getting darker the forest was foggy and wet from the rain before, the trees were ten times bigger than me, they were old and creaky, and many were dead, they looked like they would fall over with a slight breeze. I was sprinting. Sprinting away from who or whatever was chasing me, I didn't know anything about it except it was big, snapping trees in half behind me so that it could get me quicker.
Dont look back.
Keep running.
Dont get tired.
Adrenaline raced through my body keeping me going. Snap! Snap! Snap! More trees break behind me
Run faster.
Thumping making the whole ground shake. Thunk! I was stuck on a root, something squeezed my leg and pulled me back. I blacked out from fear, and when I woke up…
It was silent and there were no broken trees
Run
Thump! Thump! Thump! The ground started to shake. Snap! Snap! Snap! Trees started to fall. So I took off running trying to get a head start before I tripped again
I was back where I was when it was silent and there were no broken trees… I was stuck in a loop
