In the land of the Forgotten lies an orphanage on top of Friendswood Hill; isolated from the rest of the world because it is sought to be dangerous. on the hill lies the children that have been abandoned by their loved ones but hoping one day a loving caring family would adopt them. So they believed this was the case. Everyday the children wake up and follow their simple routine. Headmaster Claudia;  also known as mother, is the founder of Friendswood orphanage. She had three simple rules; consume your daily supplements, don’t ask questions, and follow the human virtues. If any of these rules were to be broken you would receive a harsh punishment and get kicked out of the orphanage. No one wanted that so they were well-behaved boys and girls.

As Ava was getting ready to consume her daily supplements Amanda shouted “mother requires our presence in the dining hall for a meeting.” In a hurry, Ava shoved the pills in her pocket and ran to the dining hall. The mother introduced a new orphan that was going to be staying in the infant pod. All the children were separated by age and gender. Essentially the older children took care of the younger ones so Ava was in charge of the new orphan.

After the dining hall meeting, everyone was getting ready for bed. Once  Ava finished putting Nhi to sleep. She felt something in her pocket, and once she reached into her pocket she realized she forgot to take her supplements. Anxious she would be punished by the guards she kept silent and tried to fall asleep. After not being able to fall asleep she waddles toward Amanda’s bed to wake her up. Ava whispered, “Amanda, Amanda wake up.” After several tries trying to wake her; she felt as if something wasn’t quite right. So she tried to wake the other girls up, but they wouldn't wake up either. 

She thought to herself I have to go ask mother what is wrong. She tiptoed out of the dim room; it was nothing but cold hard silence. As she slowly crept into the long narrow hallway with doors into rooms on both sides of it. Then she noticed a radiant light at the end of the hallway in a room she hadn’t seen before. Curiously she steps into the creepy-looking room. Then she walked around the room to see newspapers all around the room. Ava leaned closer to read “missing children?” She started rummaging through all the papers scattered on the desk and realized that they were all kidnapped. Also that their families didn't abandon them. This information sent shivers down her spine. As she was still reading she heard creaking footsteps from the floorboard. She sprinted to her pod thinking oh my god our whole life has been a lie. Out of breath she lays down and tries to fall asleep. The next morning as they were as the children were getting ready for the day Ava pulls Amanda to the side and tells her “ DO NOT TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS!” Confused, Amanda asks why Ava says that the pills are bad and Amanda says “ are you out of your mind?” “Please listen,” Ava begged. As they were talking to each other, mother walked in and told the girls to go eat breakfast in the dining hall. 

After eating her breakfast Amanda goes to the mother’s office and tells her that Ava didn't take her supplement that night and that she might be crazy. Mother dismisses Amanda and Ava gets called down for punishment for breaking one of the rules. A few days had passed and Ava still had it returned. Noticing this Amanda feels as if something is wrong, but she just brushes it Off. As it became night Amanda was getting ready for bed; when she saw something sticking out of Ava's bed. Wondering what it is she pulls the paper and sees it said missing girl Ava Holmes. Shock in Terror she looks around to see if anyone saw her panicking but there were too busy preparing for bed. She hurriedly puts the paper away as she hears mother entering the room saying ‘Ava is no longer with us.”Sharing this made Amanda feel guilty and regretful because Ava was right. 

After this shocking discovery, Amanda gathered all the children and told them what she had found out. They all had to come up with a plan so they would be able to escape the night, or so this was the plan.  The new infant orphan was a spy robot, so mother could watch the children and she ended up catching them. They didn't receive punishment, instead, mother showed everyone Ava's corpse chopped up in the kitchen for dinner. “you ate her!” Amanda yelled. “ Oh darling, of course, I need to eat to stay alive and young.” said mother continued to explain to the children that she ate the misbehaved children that would break the rules and that's how she stayed so young. that she was over ten thousand years old. 

Amanda wasn't going to let her get away with this she was going to pay. Amanda came up with the plan to put the supplement into her coffee and after that, they would hang her from the ceiling and the dining hall. When mother woke she said” my children, what is the meaning of this.”  Amanda screamed” this is for Ava” hitting her with a steel metal baseball bat. Then the rest of the kids joined her. After a couple of hours of brutally torturing mother, they left her there. until mother was begging Amanda to let her go but Amanda didn't respond. 

The next day Amanda went to the dining hall to visit mother and she said “ it's your turn now.”  She started to chop her body up into pieces and then heal her. with the pieces she copped off she made a three-course meal for mother to eat. As she started to feed it to Mother the food would go through her mouth onto the stone cold floor. As it hit the floor it made a sound like this “Splat.”Amanda didn't want to waste food because it wasn't good manners as mother taught her, so she decided to feed it to the children. Mother's by Body magically regenerated. Shocked, Amanda stabs her one hundred times buries her in the orphanage garden, and keeps her head on display. Amanda ends up taking care of the orphanage and the children.
