Goodbye, My Almost Lover</3
I know they say nothing ever lasts, but I was almost certain this would. I thought I could spend my forever with you. But all that happened was I put my walls down, got hurt, and THEN realized what I really meant to you. You didn't love me, you didn't care about me, you just wanted that same thing all teenage boys want. You just wanted a way to get the satisfaction of having a girl like me think something could happen with a boy like you. I thought about leaving so many times, but when you left, I was broken.
Now that I'm healed, I know everything was just a game. True, I still get a stone in my throat then I hear your name. But I know that everything that I went though is over. I know that you're nothing important anymore. So goodbye. You said goodbye to me thirteen times. And now its finally my turn to say goodbye to you. And I mean it this time.
