I watched as snowflakes fell onto her shoulder-length, honey-blonde hair as she spun around, giggling. She stuck her tongue out trying to catch a small ice crystal. The skin around her brown eyes crinkled and the edges of her mouth turned up.

Oh, she was stunning.

I strolled over to her, hoping to see her up close, hoping to cradle that adorable face in my hands.

“Hey,” I said breathily.

“What is it? Is something wrong?” Her eyebrows furrowed as she frowned with worry.

“Everythings perfect,” I reassured looking into her soft brown eyes.

That lovely smile overtook her face again, but this time it was more gentle, affectionate.

I took her face in my hands and tilted it upwards.

Her lips brushed against my own. Her arms wrapped around my neck as we continued to kiss. She sighed against my lips. It was tender and sweet. Our lips moved in perfect harmony as we kissed under the falling snow.
