The Best Mistake.

I gave you the part of me I hated and treasured. I gave you my worst and best weakness. I let the curtains fall because I had been hiding behind them for too long. I let you see the dark side of me. I let you know the secrets that had haunted me for years. But you played with them. You made a mess of me. You taught me the lesson I never wanted to learn. But I don't regret it. And I won't regret it. Because after all, you were the best mistake.
