Too Parched to Talk
I had a dream that I was lying in a field full of tall lush grass by the pond. Next to me was her, and she looked so beautiful this night. Yes night it was, because we were looking at the moon together. This moon was exceptionally brilliant.
We were talking for a while. We talked about what we wanted in life. I said how I wanted to travel; I wanted to live a comfortable life, a large family and a beautiful wife. “Well what do you want?” I asked. No response. I waited a few moments, and it started to rain.
She looked at me and asked, “Who are you talking to Thomas?” “Well”, I asked, “I was speaking to you wasn’t I?” “No”, she said, “I’ve not spoken a word”.
Has it ever occurred to you? That it is possible the moon is so thirsty; it is too weak to pick up a handful of water.
