I watch the water seep through the wrinkled sheets with an unbelievable speed, soaking every blue measured line and the red boundary of the margin and my penciled in sentences with a complacent destruction, until all the pages are bloated with an excess of poisonous drowning, until my words all run together into an indecipherable, hazy mess of inscribed secrets and forgotten terrors.
