Funny how things work out
The icy cold rain licked at my back through the thin cotton of my shirt when Kevin pinned me against my dad's chevy. The moonlight made the rain seem like a wonderland of lights, as Kevin locked his lips with my own.
"You've been running through my dreams, driving me crazy." he said in a soft whisper pulling back, but still keeping me pinned, just for a quick breath of air. I held my breath waitng for those three words. Those three dramatic words, said way too often.
"Elle...I love you...so so much." his brown eyes gazing deeply into my amber eyes, he whispered moving in for another kiss.
"I do too." I said right before we kissed again. Kevin and I both jumped, when the porch-light was flung on. Kevin back-off and we both smiled innocently at the prch, where my dad stepped out telling Kevin to say 'goodnight.'
Kevin smiled,
"Sure thing Mr. Rhodes." he gave me a quick hug, and began walking back home. I waved and skipped inside, and straight to my room, taking out my diary.
Dear diary,
I knew I was in too far to dig myself back out of this hole called love. You see, Kevin and I have known each other since pre-school. Childhood friends, but once we started High school, we just couldn't keep it in any longer. I guess I should introdue myslef, my name is Elle Rhodes, and I'm 15. A freshman at Carol High. I love tofu, and drawing people. If I were t desribe myself in one word, it would be...hmmmm...unique! I'm 5'7 and 115 pounds. Not too bad right? Well, I'm certainly not one of those girls, who starves themselves just to be like a toothpick. I have amber eyes, and long, wast length brown hair, with fairly pale skin. Do you have at least an idea of what I look like? Good, then we're on the same page. I enjoy orchestra (( I play the violin)) and Spanish, so don't be surprised if I say a little spanish here and there. (( :] ))
Kevin Downs, he's 5'10, light brown long-sih hair, with these gorgeous brown eyes. He's in orchestra too, but he plays the cello. Not to gross you out or anything, but he's hot. No joke, I had one of those kiddy crushes on him since fourth grade! Is that so shallow? Heh...he also lives across the street. Tell you what, if you want to follow along my dramatic life, I'll fill you in, when something happens. I'll keep you posted, every week or so.Until then, I have to leave you hanging. See ya!
-Yours truly,
Elle Rhodes.
