I breathe a little, and then I watch the puff of air cover the window in a foggy mist, shielding the sunrise from my view.
My hands are plastered onto the cold glass, and I gently rub away at the vapor shrouding the golden rays of light from me, and as the shards of new promises and new beginnings peek through and spark heat into my old self, I think, that maybe, this is finally it.
