She lives with her family: Her sister, her brother, her mother, her father, and her grandma. She’s the oldest. At night, they gather by the fireplace, bundled up, and listen to her grandmother’s stories. Her parents are in the other room, chatting happily. She noticed her sibling’s smiles lit up the dim room, excited about what was going to happen next. The sound of laughter filled up the room. Pretty soon the kids go to bed.
