This is one of my African Clay People. This one is the Shaman of the tribe, he belongs to family B.

The Clay People in general have a wire "skeleton". They hold together better this way. They have plates on the bottom and wire from the plates to their backs to hold them up, but sometimes they slump in the oven. :(

Thanks! The Shaman is the only one with a robe like that, and no-one else has the earings. It's unique to him because of his status.
