Amazing work! And as an artist myself, I know that working with charcoal can be very challenging since it likes to smear everywhere (or I least it did for me so I was never able to master it). But besides that, I love the detail, simplicity, and hidden meanings that this piece potrays. You also have achieved perfect perspective as you can really tell the depth and dimensions of everything in this. Keep drawing; I'm sure you could be a very sucessful artist!
