What if caged birds could sing
Once upon a daydream,
I was sat by the smothering bonfire
A dream dragged me into zero thought..
Then I got lost
I wonder, what if the sky rained gold and the stars weren't burning fires?
What if winters weren't bleak and hollow, and ugly shadows weren't evil and scary+
Would spring still hold hope,
Even when roses start to slowly dwindle?
Will the drenched soil still save the clouds' weeps? What if dreams were real and forgery was authentic?
And in cage,
birds could sing and dance frantic
Only then..
Only then I will see the world in pink glasses
But it's still just a dormant 'I wonder'...
